I am a mental health advocate, I became part of an organization which conducted a mental health awareness to people and also had an experience to talk to some individuals who have a mental disorder. For some reason, stress is one of many factors that affect a person to have a mental disorder. There a lot of things that the public should know to prevent having so much stress in their lives. This will help them to lessen the possibility of having severe mental health illness. I appreciate this kind of event, International Stress Awareness Day, continue to do this annually so that many people could be informed on how to handle stress.
